Amends Section 27-104-3 of Mississippi Code to authorize the Department of Finance and Administration to issue requests for administrative support to meet reporting requirements under Internal Revenue Code Section 6056.

Enables the department to seek administrative support necessary to comply with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010.

Adds this authority as subsection (e) to existing fiscal management powers of the Department of Finance and Administration.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
