Department of Finance and Administration authorized to convey and transfer real property in Leake County, Mississippi to the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the Town of Walnut Grove on behalf of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

Property consists of three tracts with multiple parcels located in Section 27, Township 9 North, Range 8 East, including parcels along Mississippi State Highway 35 and within the Town of Walnut Grove.

State of Mississippi retains all mineral rights to the conveyed property.

Department of Finance and Administration may correct any discrepancies in the legal descriptions of the property.

Act takes effect upon passage.
