Mandates tanning facilities post notices developed by the Mississippi State Department of Health regarding the age restriction, associated civil penalties, health risks of tanning, and how to report violations.

Establishes civil penalties of up to $100 for first violations and up to $500 for subsequent violations for facilities or operators that allow minors to use tanning devices.

Exempts physicians licensed to practice medicine in Mississippi who use phototherapy devices for medical treatment purposes from these restrictions.
