Amends Mississippi Code Section 19-5-93 to authorize county boards of supervisors to donate reasonable sums from the general fund to the Fannie Lou Hamer Cancer Foundation.

Adds the Fannie Lou Hamer Cancer Foundation as a new subsection (x) to the list of authorized charitable donations by counties.

Donation amounts are at the discretion of each county board of supervisors and must be deemed reasonable by the board.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
