Increases maximum total workers' compensation recovery from 450 weeks to 520 weeks of average weekly wages (66-2/3% rate), excluding permanent total disability compensation and medical payments.

Removes the 450-week payment cap for permanent total disability, requiring compensation to be paid to the employee until death instead of being limited to a specified number of weeks.

Increases maximum recovery period for temporary total disability and temporary partial disability from 450 weeks to 520 weeks.

Increases maximum recovery period for permanent partial disability from 450 weeks to 520 weeks in "other cases" not involving specific body part loss.

Changes effective date to July 1, 2016.
