Renames the "Mississippi Technology Alliance" (MTA) to "Innovate Mississippi" throughout multiple sections of Mississippi Code, including all references in technology business assistance programs and related statutes.

Maintains existing programs unchanged: Research and Development Program, Mississippi New Technology Business Program (Levels 1 and 2), and Rural Innovation Program (Levels 1 and 2), which provide seed capital and working capital to technology-based businesses.

Preserves program funding limits: up to $100,000 annually/$200,000 total for Research and Development and Level 2 programs; up to $10,000 one-time for Level 1 programs.

Updates the legislative liaison committee name from "Mississippi Technology, Inc. Liaison Committee" to "Innovate Mississippi Liaison Committee" while maintaining the same oversight functions.

Continues the existing sales tax exemption for purchases by the organization, now under the Innovate Mississippi name.
