Appropriates $954,150.00 to the Mississippi Fair Commission's special fund for the Dixie National Livestock Show at the State Fairgrounds in Jackson for fiscal year 2017.

Appropriates $61,911.00 from the General Fund for junior exhibitor roundup shows covering steers, breeding cattle, beef cattle, dairy cattle, hogs, sheep, and goats.

Appropriates $24,542.00 to supplement State Fair livestock premiums and $18,384.00 for county livestock shows, with a maximum of $1,000.00 per county per fiscal year.

Appropriates $62,458.00 for five district livestock shows and $12,438.00 for five state dairy shows, with at least 75% of funds designated for 4-H Club members and Smith-Hughes School members.

Appropriates $17,509.00 for Mississippi High School Rodeo promotion and $50,000.00 for NCHA Eastern National Championship, with an additional $20,000.00 transferred from the Department of Agriculture and Commerce allocated across various livestock show programs.
