Restores voting rights to Steven C. Gunn of Harrison County, Mississippi, who lost eligibility as an elector due to a 2005 aggravated assault conviction.

Gunn was sentenced to 20 years in custody with 20 years suspended and 5 years probation, and completed probation on June 29, 2010.

Legislature finds that Gunn is now conducting himself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen in a good and lawful manner.

Takes effect upon passage.
