Notes that the enrolled agent profession dates back to 1884 when Congress regulated representatives dealing with the U.S. Treasury Department following questionable Civil War loss claims

Acknowledges enrolled agents assist taxpayers with annual tax return filings and complex issues including audits, liens, levies, appeals, and collections

Directs the resolution be presented to MSSEA and forwarded to the Mississippi Department of Revenue for distribution
