Recognizes the Brevard Family B & B Concrete Co., Inc., for receiving the Regional Rehabilitation Center John "Red" Rasberry Humanitarian Award in 2010.

B & B Concrete Co., Inc., was founded in 1949 by Henry Brevard, Jr., and Riley Boozer and expanded from Tupelo to operate 13 concrete plants across Northeast Mississippi between 1968 and 2011.

The award honors B & B Concrete's community support and partnerships with civic, nonprofit, and educational institutions in Northeast Mississippi, including the Regional Rehabilitation Center.

Regional Rehabilitation Center, established in 1961 in Tupelo, provides speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, audiological services, and early intervention services at no cost to clients of all ages.

The "Red Rasberry Humanitarian Award" is presented annually to a member of the Northeast Mississippi community in honor of John "Red" Rasberry, a former Lee County Chancery Clerk who served as Executive Director of the Regional Rehabilitation Center for 38 years.
