Notes that America's Classics Award recognizes restaurants with timeless appeal cherished for quality food that reflect their communities' character, with Bully's joining nearly 100 restaurants honored since the award category's 1998 introduction.

States the James Beard Foundation Awards are presented annually for excellence in cuisine and culinary fields, voted on by more than 600 culinary professionals, with awards presented at a gala on May 2, 2016, at the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
