Commends the Moss Point High School "Tigers" Girls Powerlifting Team for winning the MHSAA Class II State Championship in their second year of existence.

Recognizes Coach Kyle Mickelson's first season coaching the girls team, which trained at 5:30 a.m. before school due to limited gym time during football season.

Notes that team members Niya Cooper (ranked #5 nationally in her weight class) and Destiny McCants and Trinity Cooper are state-ranked powerlifters.

States the team is now ranked in the top 10 nationally after hosting their first powerlifting meet, qualifying for South State Regionals, and advancing to State Regionals in April.
