Department of Human Services, State Department of Health, and Division of Medicaid must prepare videos covering prenatal health care, sexually transmitted diseases, abstinence education, preventive birth control, marriage education, parenting skills, family preservation, and fatherhood.

Videos must be distributed to TANF and SNAP recipients ages 13-20 who are pregnant or have children, fathers of their children, Medicaid family planning waiver participants, and OB/GYN Medicaid providers.

Videos shall be made available to county health departments, WIC centers, family resource centers, and to the general public upon request.

Effective date is July 1, 2017.
