Replace all references to "Public Service Commission" with "Mississippi Transportation Commission" throughout motor carrier law sections (77-7 and 77-9).

Replace references to "Interstate Commerce Commission" with "U.S. Department of Transportation" in motor carrier and railroad sections.

Maintain existing fee structures for motor carrier certificates, permits, and registration receipts ($50 for applications, $10 per receipt and per vehicle).

Effective July 1, 2016, transition agency expenses from dedicated regulation funds to State General Fund appropriations, with all user fees and charges deposited into the State General Fund.

Prohibit state agencies from charging other state agencies fees for services or resources provided under these sections, effective July 1, 2016.
