Requires telecommunications, cable television, and satellite television service providers to fully disclose in advertisements that customers are bound by service agreements lasting longer than six months, that service costs may increase after introductory periods, and that free or reduced-cost services may become paid services requiring affirmative opt-out.

Mandates that disclosure language use the same font size as introductory pricing in advertisements and prohibits use of asterisks to reference disclosure provisions.

Classifies failure to fully disclose these service terms as a deceptive trade practice under Mississippi's consumer protection laws.

Requires the Public Service Commission to provide complainants with a review of complaints against telecommunications service providers within seven days of filing.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
