Authorizes the Mississippi Division of Medicaid to reimburse pharmacists for services provided to enrolled Medicaid beneficiaries that are rendered within the scope of licensure governed by the Board of Pharmacy.

Amends Section 43-13-117 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to add pharmacist services reimbursement authority under the existing Medicaid services framework.

Allows pharmacists to be compensated for professional services beyond traditional prescription dispensing, contingent on Board of Pharmacy licensure requirements.

Effective date is July 1, 2017.
