MS HB1115

Prohibits state agencies, boards, commissions, and other state entities from adopting any rule, policy, or regulation that conflicts with current state law.

Requires immediate termination of any director, commissioner, or board member who votes in favor of, approves, or enforces a rule, policy, or regulation that conflicts with state law.

Mandates that state entities rescind any conflicting rule, policy, or regulation within 90 days of its effective date.

Brings forward existing sections 25-43-1.101 and 25-43-1.103 of the Mississippi Administrative Procedures Law regarding agency procedures and procedural rights.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
