Adds paragraph (28) to Section 43-13-115 to expand Medicaid coverage to individuals under age 65 who are not pregnant, not enrolled in Medicare, and have income not exceeding 133% of the federal poverty level.

Eligible individuals under the new provision receive benchmark coverage or benchmark equivalent coverage as defined under the federal Social Security Act.

Division of Medicaid determines eligibility for individuals covered under the new paragraph.

Effective date is July 1, 2017.
