Increases minimum motor vehicle liability insurance for bodily injury or death of one person from $25,000 to $50,000

Raises minimum coverage for bodily injury or death of two or more persons in one accident from $50,000 to $100,000

Increases minimum coverage for property damage from $25,000 to $50,000

Liability insurance policies may still contain exclusions and limitations if the language has been filed with and approved by the Commissioner of Insurance
