Requires the Division of Medicaid to make redetermination of eligibility available by mail for all Medicaid recipient categories.

Prohibits the Division of Medicaid from requiring recipients to have in-person, face-to-face meetings or interviews for redetermination of eligibility.

Maintains the requirement that the division redetermine eligibility not less frequently than required by federal law.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
