Establishes a two consecutive four-year term limit for House Representatives, Senate members, Secretary of State, State Treasurer, State Auditor, Attorney General, Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce, and Commissioner of Insurance.

After serving two full consecutive terms in any of these offices, an official is ineligible to serve again until at least one full term has passed during which they did not hold that office.

Exempts partial terms filled to complete a vacancy from counting toward the two-term limitation.

Updates statutory language to include gender-neutral pronouns ("or her" and "or she") in affected sections.

Takes effect July 1 following the year the Secretary of State certifies passage of the related constitutional amendment (HCR____, 2017 Regular Session).
