Amends Section 17-25-25 to extend property disposal methods to boards of trustees of public community and junior college districts, allowing them to sell or dispose of personal or real property that has ceased being used for public purposes or when a sale promotes the board's best interest.

Public community and junior college districts may conduct public sales by posting notices at three public places in the county where property is located at least ten days before bid opening.

Districts may conduct private sales of personal property not exceeding $1,000 in value with unanimous board approval.

Districts may conduct public auctions through auctioneers or auction companies meeting standards established by the State Department of Audit.

Repeals Section 37-29-75 governing surplus property sales for junior college and community college districts, consolidating disposal authority under the amended Section 17-25-25.
