Amends Mississippi Code Section 93-13-37 to add reporting requirements for special general guardians appointed for minors without a parent able to take responsibility.

Requires special general guardians to file an annual report with the court clerk containing their full address (state, city, street, house number, and telephone number if available) and a copy of the minor's school attendance records and grades from the preceding school year.

Mandates special general guardians notify the court clerk in writing within five days of any change of address, providing the full new address.

Court may excuse guardians from the annual reporting requirement in writing.

Effective date: July 1, 2017.
