Amends Section 65-37-13 of the Mississippi Code to modify the Local System Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Fund appropriation requirements beginning in calendar year 2017.

Changes the appropriation amount from $20,000,000 to $60,000,000 annually beginning with the 2017 legislative session and continuing thereafter, when General Fund revenue growth is estimated at 2% or more.

Maintains the condition that appropriations are only required when the official General Fund revenue estimate shows at least 2% growth for the succeeding fiscal year.

Updates the calendar year threshold from 2016 to 2017 for when the increased appropriation requirement begins.

Takes effect upon passage.
