Establishes a salary schedule for sworn officers of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the Mississippi Department of Revenue, ranging from $37,000 (Agent I) to $99,000 (Chief), effective July 1, 2017 for fiscal year 2019 and thereafter.

Provides experience-based salary increases within each rank, with officers advancing to higher salary tiers based on years of service (e.g., Agent VII ranges from $55,000 to $58,000; Chief ranges from $88,000 to $99,000 depending on experience).

Requires the State Personnel Board to create or modify job classifications to match the seven Agent levels plus Agent in Charge, Deputy Chief, and Chief positions, with two existing Department of Revenue director positions reassigned to support the Deputy Chief and Chief roles.

Directs the State Personnel Board to adjust the entire salary scale by the same percentage or dollar amount if the Legislature enacts across-the-board salary increases for state general fund employees in any fiscal year after July 1, 2019.

Requires the Mississippi Department of Revenue to provide data to the Legislative Budget Office and State Fiscal Officer regarding the number and experience of sworn officers to enable proper budgeting and compensation distribution.
