Adds receiving stolen property under Section 97-17-70 to the list of felonies eligible for expungement.

Allows expungement of one felony conviction five years after successful completion of all sentence terms and conditions.

Requires petitioner to give district attorney ten days' written notice before hearing and court must determine applicant is rehabilitated.

Nonpublic records retained by Mississippi Criminal Information Center for determining first offender status in subsequent proceedings; nonpublic records may be retained by district attorney for law enforcement purposes.

Effective July 1, 2017.
