Removes the requirement for the State Auditor to submit annual reports on school districts' compliance with classroom supply fund requirements under Section 37-61-33(3)(a)(iii)

Eliminates the audit provision requiring the State Auditor to compile reports on classroom supply fund carryover from previous years and submit findings to legislative education and appropriations committee chairs

Retains the State Auditor's requirement to audit school districts for correct and appropriate coding at the function level and submit compliance reports to legislative committees

Maintains all other provisions of Section 37-9-18 regarding financial reporting, auditing standards, and financial advisor appointment procedures for school districts with serious financial conditions
