Increases the fee charged by justice court judges for celebrating a marriage and issuing a certificate from $10.00 to $20.00.

Increases the fee charged by circuit court clerks for processing marriage license applications, consents, medical certificates, proof of age, and issuing licenses from $20.00 to $30.00.

Maintains the requirement that circuit court clerks deposit $14.00 of each marriage license fee into the Victims of Domestic Violence Fund on a monthly basis.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
