Revises Section 41-23-37 of Mississippi Code to establish procedures for medical exemptions from school vaccination requirements.

Requires parents or guardians seeking a vaccination exemption to present a letter from a licensed physician (M.D. or D.O.) stating the vaccine is medically contraindicated or poses significant risk to the child's health or household members.

Makes the physician's medical opinion final and binding; schools must accept the exemption letter and local health officers cannot contradict or reject it.

Establishes that medical exemption letters are valid for the duration of a child's attendance in a school district unless the letter indicates a lifelong condition; exemptions do not transfer between districts.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
