Increases daily compensation for Itawamba County Port Commission members from $20.00 to $100.00 per day for attendance at meetings and other port commission duties.

Limits compensation to a maximum of 120 days per year, with members also receiving actual traveling expenses audited and approved by the port commission.

Authorizes the Itawamba County Board of Supervisors to borrow up to $500,000 to provide funds for port commission purposes through negotiable notes or certificates of indebtedness.

Borrowing must be evidenced by notes signed by the board president and clerk, offered at public sale with at least 10 days' notice, with interest rates not exceeding statutory limits and principal/interest payable over no more than 10 years.
