Appropriates $131,224.00 from the Mississippi Athletic Commission Fund for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018) to cover the Commission's operating expenses.

Authorizes 1 permanent full-time position within the Commission for the fiscal year.

Sets the Chairman's annual salary at $40,000.00 for service as ex officio recorder of permits and licenses.

Requires the Commission to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2017, with comparable budget request submissions for fiscal year 2019.

Mandates that Personal Services appropriations for fiscal year 2019 not exceed fiscal year 2018 levels unless new programs or positions are added by the Legislature, with the State Personnel Board enforcing this requirement.
