Appropriates $118,297.00 to the Mississippi Auctioneers Commission for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

Authorizes 1 permanent full-time position for the commission with appropriated funds.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2017, and to submit fiscal year 2019 budget requests in comparable format and detail.

Mandates that Personal Services funding for fiscal year 2019 shall not exceed fiscal year 2018 levels unless new programs or positions are added by the legislature.

Directs the State Treasurer to issue warrants for payment from state funds upon requisitions signed by proper officers, with the act taking effect July 1, 2017.
