Appropriates $197,164.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Nursing Home Administrators for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

Authorizes 2 permanent full-time positions for the board with the appropriated funds.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records at the same format and detail level as Fiscal Year 2017 and submit the Fiscal Year 2019 budget request in comparable format.

Directs the board to deposit all generated revenue into a special fund with interest remaining in the fund rather than transferred to the State General Fund.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
