Appropriates $3,975,757.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Mississippi Board of Nursing for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

Authorizes 37 permanent full-time positions for the board.

Allocates $855,000.00 to the Office of Nursing Workforce to support nursing education infrastructure and workforce development programs.

Allocates up to $105,000.00 to the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy for the Prescription Monitoring Program.

Requires the board to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2017 and submit comparable budget requests for fiscal year 2019.
