Appropriates $1,855,866.00 from the state general fund to support and maintain the State Oil and Gas Board for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 – June 30, 2018).

Authorizes 33 permanent full-time positions for the agency with no part-time or time-limited positions.

Restricts personal services funding for fiscal year 2019 to not exceed fiscal year 2018 levels unless the Legislature adds new programs or positions.

Grants the State Oil and Gas Board authority to receive and expend up to $200,000 in non-general funds for the Comprehensive Data Management Program.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2017 and mandates compliance with state procurement and bonding requirements.
