Appropriates $14,072,015 from the State Treasury to the Public Employees' Retirement System for administrative expenses and building maintenance and operation for fiscal year July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.

Authorizes 170 permanent full-time positions and 1 permanent part-time position for the system.

Restricts personal services expenses in fiscal year 2019 to not exceed fiscal year 2018 appropriated levels unless new programs or positions are added by the Legislature.

Appropriates an additional $3,500,000 for a replacement computer system during the same fiscal year.

Establishes the Public Employees' Retirement System Building Repair and Maintenance Fund to receive rental income from the system's building at 301 North President Street, Jackson, with unexpended funds transferring to the Administrative Budget Fund at fiscal year end.
