Appropriates $233,894.00 from special funds in the state treasury to the Board of Examiners for Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018).

Authorizes 3 permanent full-time positions for the board, with no part-time or time-limited positions authorized.

Restricts the agency from increasing "Personal Services" costs in fiscal year 2019 beyond fiscal year 2018 levels unless new programs or positions are added by the legislature.

Requires the board to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2017 and submit budget requests in comparable detail.

Takes effect on July 1, 2017.
