Appropriates $26,231,968.00 from the State General Fund and $5,514,792.00 from special funds to the Office of the Attorney General for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

Authorizes 93 permanent full-time positions and 222 time-limited full-time positions, with a maximum of $24,309,774.00 to be expended for salaries, wages, and fringe benefits.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and level of detail as fiscal year 2017, and submit fiscal year 2019 budget requests in comparable format.

Allocates $5,690,346.00 from general fund court assessments for specific programs including Crime Victims Compensation ($1,901,332.00), Cyber Crime Unit ($944,722.00), and other prosecutorial and victim support programs.

Provides $800,000.00 from the Department of Health for the Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement Unit and $1,000,000.00 for the Prosecutors Training Division.
