Appropriates $23,139,300.00 from the State General Fund for salaries, travel expenses, and office costs of district attorneys, assistant district attorneys, and criminal investigators for fiscal year 2017-2018.

Appropriates $2,417,796.00 from the State Prosecutor Compensation Fund for assistant district attorney salaries as authorized by Section 25-31-5(1).

Prohibits use of appropriated funds to reimburse district attorneys or staff for taxable meals within their geographical districts.

Allocates $1,234,000.00 of appropriated funds for district attorney office expenses.

Requires district attorneys to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2017 and submit five-year strategic plans as required by law.
