Appropriates $6,511,192.00 from the General Fund and $907,111.00 from special funds for the Mississippi State Supreme Court operations, including the Supreme Court, Supreme Court Clerk's office, and State Law Library for fiscal year 2018.

Appropriates $21,214,373.00 from the General Fund and $8,548,443.00 from special funds for expenses of special judges, chancellors, and circuit judges, with $8,720,000.00 designated for judge support staff at up to $80,000.00 per judge.

Appropriates $11,228,486.00 from the General Fund and $30,875,368.00 from special funds for the Administrative Office of Courts, including $6,500,000.00 for Drug Court programs and $1,875,000.00 for Youth Court Support.

Appropriates $4,140,791.00 from the General Fund and $1,563,107.00 from special funds for the Court of Appeals, and $338,493.00 from special funds for the Board of Bar Admissions.

Authorizes 70 permanent full-time positions for the Supreme Court, 109 for trial judges, 30 for the Administrative Office of Courts, 58 for the Court of Appeals, and 3 for the Board of Bar Admissions.
