Appropriates $8,479,582.00 from the State General Fund and $24,627,929.00 from special funds to the Department of Archives and History for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

Authorizes 165 permanent full-time positions, 7 permanent part-time positions, and 9 time-limited full-time positions for the department.

Allocates $2,000,000.00 from the Mississippi Landmark Grant Fund for preservation of Mississippi Landmark Properties and $100,000.00 for capital development and maintenance of Beauvoir Shrine.

Includes $51,000.00 from the Historic Properties Trust Fund for study of expanding areas of Vicksburg National Military Park and $750,000.00 for repair and renovation of the New Capitol, Old Capitol, Governor's Mansion, and War Memorial Building.

Reappropriates $100,000.00 for Beauvoir Shrine, $130,000.00 for the Old Smith County Jailhouse, and $2,887,605.00 for the Bicentennial Commission from previous fiscal year authorizations.
