Appropriates $10,000,000 from Capital Expense Fund to Office of the Governor-Division of Medicaid for operations through June 30, 2018.

Appropriates $4,780,644 from Capital Expense Fund to Department of Finance and Administration for property insurance on state property through June 30, 2018.

Appropriates $3,914,733 from Capital Expense Fund to Attorney General's Office for legal assistance, expert witness fees, court fees, judgments and settlement agreements for fiscal year 2017, distributed among 20 specified cases.

Appropriates funds to multiple other state agencies including State Treasurer ($7,645,000), Alcorn State University ($4,000,000), Department of Revenue ($650,617), Wireless Communication Commission ($1,426,663), and various other boards and commissions for operations and specific purposes through fiscal years 2017-2018.
