Appropriates $9,000,000 from the State General Fund to the City of Columbia and Marion County for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

Allocates $2,000,000 to the City of Columbia for repair, rehabilitation, resurfacing, construction and reconstruction of city roads, streets and bridges.

Allocates $2,000,000 to Marion County for planning, design, construction, repair, rehabilitation and improvements to the Columbia-Marion County Airport infrastructure and facilities.

Allocates $5,000,000 to Marion County for repair, rehabilitation, resurfacing, construction and reconstruction of county roads, streets and bridges.

Takes effect July 1, 2017, with funds paid by the State Treasurer upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer.
