Increases the maximum total compensation recovery under Mississippi workers' compensation law from 450 weeks to 520 weeks of wages.

Applies the 520-week cap to all disability types: permanent total disability, temporary total disability, permanent partial disability, and temporary partial disability.

Applies the 520-week cap to death benefits, limiting total weekly compensation to beneficiaries to 520 weeks times 66-2/3% of the average weekly state wage.

Changes apply to Sections 71-3-13, 71-3-17, 71-3-21, and 71-3-25 of the Mississippi Code.

Effective July 1, 2017.
