Authorizes the Board of Supervisors of Coahoma County to annually contribute county funds to Spring Initiative, Inc., a Mississippi nonprofit providing youth and family services, at the board's discretion and subject to fund availability.

Requires Spring Initiative, Inc. to maintain status as a Mississippi nonprofit corporation and 501(c)(3) organization, and to file federal and state tax returns timely with proof of filing provided to the board.

Repeals this authorization on September 30, 2020.
