Extends the repeal date of the Washington County Convention and Visitors Committee and associated tourism tax from July 1, 2017, to July 1, 2021.

Maintains authorization for a tax of up to 1% on gross proceeds of hotels, motels, and restaurants in Washington County to fund tourism promotion and convention activities.

Exempts restaurants with less than $100,000 in annual gross proceeds and hotels/motels with 10 or fewer rental units from the tax.

Requires the Department of Revenue to retain 3% of collected tax proceeds for administrative costs, with remaining funds dedicated solely to the Convention and Visitors Committee's tourism programs.

Authorizes the committee to allocate and pay up to $25,000 annually to Washington County in consideration of county facility use and support services.
