Increases the minimum monthly benefits for firemen and policemen of Vicksburg receiving disability and relief payments from $1,415.00 to $1,515.00 per month.

Requires the City of Vicksburg governing authorities to appropriate and transfer sufficient annual funds from the city's general fund to the Disability and Relief Fund to cover the increased minimum monthly benefits.

Benefits apply to all persons entitled to receive payments under Mississippi Code Section 21-29-101 et seq. by virtue of service in Vicksburg's fire or police department.

The Board of Trustees of the Public Employees' Retirement System of Mississippi must determine that the fund remains actuarially sound before minimum monthly payments are distributed.

Becomes effective upon passage.
