Authorizes the Rankin County Board of Supervisors to display a specially-designed street sign welcoming individuals to the Community of Sandhill, Mississippi at the intersection of Mississippi Highways 25 and 43.

Authorizes the Rankin County Board of Supervisors to erect a specially-designed street sign acknowledging a 2016 Olympic gold medal winner from Rio de Janeiro on Mississippi Highway 25 at the same intersection.

Requires both signs to be mounted one above the other on a single structure, measuring between 25 and 40 square feet in total surface area.

Mandates that Rankin County maintain and fund the signs.

Takes effect upon passage.
