Requires each school district board to adopt a dating violence policy by October 1, 2017, that aligns with a model policy developed by the State Board of Education by July 1, 2017.

Mandates school districts distribute and publish the dating violence policy in personnel policies, discipline policies, and codes of student conduct.

Requires instruction on healthy relationships and dating violence prevention in kindergarten through Grade 12, with violence prevention topics taught in comprehensive health or family and individual health courses required for high school graduation.

Model policy must address dating violence definitions, safety planning for victims, reporting and investigation procedures, staff training requirements, and outreach education for students and parents.

Amends Mississippi Code Section 37-11-55 to add the school district's dating violence policy as a required component of student codes of conduct.
