Allocates 1% of fuel tax revenue (gasoline, diesel, and kerosene) collected in Jackson, Mississippi to the City of Jackson beginning August 15, 2017.

Designated funds must be used exclusively for street construction and repair of roads, streets, and highways under Jackson's jurisdiction that are located adjacent to Jackson State University campus.

Funds allocated to Jackson are in addition to any other funds already distributed to the city under existing law and are not considered general fund revenue.

Amends Section 27-65-75 of the Mississippi Code to add this allocation provision and Section 27-5-101 to reference the new Jackson allocation in fuel tax distribution procedures.

Effective date is July 1, 2017.
